• 3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese (1" cubes)
  • 3/4 cup Italian Salami (1" cubes)
  • Red & Green Bell Peppers (sliced into 1" squares)
  • 3/4 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 3/4 cup Olives (including varying kinds, like green and Kalamata)
  • 3/4 cup Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
  • Button Mushrooms

Slice Button Mushrooms in half, and set aside in lemon juice, while preparing other ingredients.

Place all ingredients in together in a bowl, and toss lightly.  Use only the juice from the Marinated Artichoke Hearts, and the Olives, for dressing. 

Place in refrigerator, overnight before serving
