Cauliflower and Potato Curry

  • Potatoes – cubed

  • Cauliflower – cut into florets

  • Chopped Onion

  • Minced Garlic

  • Tumeric

  • Chili – little

  • Cumin seed

  • Salt

  • Chopped cilantro

In a pot large enough to cook the potatoes and caulifower, put enough water to cook them.  Or you can steam the vegetables if you prefer.

In a small skillet, put a little oil.  Add tumeric, cumin seed, chili, salt.  Stir – then add chopped garlic and ginger.  Stir – then add chopped onion, cook until onion sautéed a bit.  Add in Chopped cilantro.

Once cauliflower and potatoes are cooked, add all ingredients together and stir/combine.


**Note from Myrl - A nice touch is to add craisins and/or raisins to the recipe, even though it may not be a traditional Indian idea.
