Ravioli with Creamy Chipotle Lime Sauce

 

  • Ravioli (or Tortellini)

  • 1 Jar of Alfredo Sauce

  • 1/2 pint Sour Cream

  • Juice from 2 Limes

  • Fresh Basil (chopped)

  • 1/4 Cup of White Wine

  • Marinated Artichoke Hearts

  • Craisins

  • Chipotle Pepper

In Large pan put a little butter, and over medium-low heat, add the Alfredo Sauce. 

Add the juice of 2 Limes.

Add Artichoke Hearts, Craisins, Basil, and Chipotle Pepper.  Continue to simmer until it bubbles mildly. 

Add the Wine, and the Sour Cream.  Simmer for a few minutes longer to allow all flavors to blend. 

Serve over Ravioli, Tortellini
